1. WHAT IS My Hair Locker RETURN POLICY?

All sales and purchases are final. No returns are accepted.
2.HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding the weekend. If an order is places on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 48-72 hours for us to process your order. Shipping is 7-21 business days.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS.

Custom wigs will take 7-14 business days

Rush wigs will take 5-8 business days
3.CAN I COLOR MY HAIR?

Yes. Any textured hair is 100% unprocessed human hair that can be colored and or bleached. However when coloring hair (Any Pattern) we recommend that you consult with a professional.
4.HOW DO I BECOME A HAIR BRAND AMBASSADOR?

5.HOW LONG DOES OUR HAIR LAST?

Your Hair can last up 2+years with proper care. Please Refer to our Hair Care Page for details of how to properly maintain your hair.
6.HOW MANY BUNDLES WILL I NEED?

Each bundle is 3.5 oz. For a full sew-in weave, the average person requires 3 bundles. If you desire more volume and layers, you will need at least 4 bundles of hair. When using a closure or a frontal 3 bundles is recommended.

Longer lengths can require more bundles
7.DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

Yes,we offer wholesale to new and already established resellers. There is a minimum quantity purchase of 10 bundles in order to receive them at wholesale price. Please contact us through email at myhairlocker@gmail.com for pricing.
8. CAN I SEND YOU HAIR TO GET A WIG MADE?

Yes please refer to the build a wig page for more details.
MyHairLocker is NOT responsible for any improperly fit units if you failed to send in your correct head measurement size.
Before purchasing your locker unit, please make sure your SHIPPING & BILLING address is the same, if not , you will be COMPLETELY REFUNDED.
