Shipping Policy:
Please allow 7-14 business days AFTER the processing time for your order to be fulfilled. Processing time is 3-5 days. Business days DO NOT include weekends.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from MyHairLocker, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS (you must verify). However, expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. MyHairLocker does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Please allow 1-3 business days for an email reply. Our hours of operation are Mon-Fri 8am- 7pm.
Refund Policy:
* ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued.
What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
* If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date.
* Exchanges are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

We encourage you to fully understand what you are ordering before you proceed to checkout. If you have any questions please reach out to us to clarify before making your purchase. You may also show it to your hair stylist in case you are unsure.

We are not responsible for payments that are unable to be verified. Payments that are unable to be verified. If we cannot verify your payment within 5-7 business days your order will be cancelled, and you will automatically receive a refund.
